This great article in one of my favorite publications explores some uncharted territory with comment from both Visa and MasterCard. The most interesting subject is whether they can get approved as a merchant aggregator. This is far from certain, especially given the response in the article from Visa and MasterCard. Of course, with the pedigree of twitter founder Jack Dorsey, anything is possible. It will be fun to watch it play out.
